Our opportunity Business Development Executives are absolutely pivotal to our continued growth and success, the more business you win, the more money you earn. You will be responsible for the creation and development of new business relationships in order to introduce our top of the range equipment and grow our client base. What's in it for you? As a Business Development Executive you'll be highly compensated starting with a basic salary of £25k and your year 1 OTE will be £50k. Top achievers earn £60k - £70k. We also offer a guaranteed bonus in the first 3 months to help you hone your skills whilst learning on the job. If its progression you're looking for then we can provide that too - Many of our Managers are home-grown Up-to 25 days holiday, working Monday - Friday, 8.30-4.30 plus other great benefits. About you You'll have experience in outbound lead generation/telesales using a consultative approach You'll have the ability to work successfully in a target based environment - Money Hungry You'll be driven by your own results Resilient, confident and Tenacious with an engaging personality You'll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business Highly adaptable You'll be driven by great earning potential. You'll have the ability the build relationships with internal stakeholders You'll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team with a willingness to learn Experience in Fire Safety products & services desirable but not essential You'll have some telemarketing experience
