Temporary Customer Services Assistant - Folkestone - £10 per hour
We are currently recruiting for temporary staff to work with a great Folkstone company to start on Monday 6th of September. You must be available for 8 weeks. You’ll be dealing with incoming queries and enquiries on a wide range of subjects mostly over the telephone and some email communication, so you will need to be very confident with taking a high volume of calls. If you have worked with customers either face to face or through phone work it would be great to hear from you. You’ll be an excellent communicator, with a flexible approach to meet the customer needs. The role is fast paced and you’ll be working in a team of 5 people. Full training will be given together with the backing of a supportive team around you The role is paying £10 per hour and is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
