A leading Fin-tech is looking for an established HR Manager to join their team based in Sevenoaks.

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, with HR generalist experience of three years or more. They are also looking for someone with a proven track record for developing and supporting Line Managers with a variety of HR topics.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
.Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and other employee relations issues
.Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
.Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practices with them
.Develop, monitor and review HR policies and procedures to drive performance, mitigate disputes and implement changes where necessary
.Oversee and develop L&D programme
.Collaborate with other managers in the business to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective
.Working closely with the HR administrator and Finance department to prepare payroll each month
.Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy
.Lead the recruitment process and provide advice on selection strategies and carry out new starter inductions where necessary
.Partnering with senior operational staff including the HR Director to establish and roll-out people-related strategy
.Provide detailed HR reports to senior management teams
.Manage talent and succession planning to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future
.Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
.Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
.Support and develop HR Administrator
