Part-time Shop Assistant & Back Office E-commerce
The Snug is a homeware and lifestyle retail outlet with multiple stores and an online store. We stock items from fabrics to candles and artwork to footstools. We're passionate about design this shows through in our carefully selected products we stock. Now is a super exciting time to join the Snug team as we are expanding our high street presence and we have lots of opportunities to get involved with.
This role will mainly be based at our Ashford shop/office location. You will be required to work in store, customer facing and helping assist with back office of our online store. You may be required to work from our warehouse location so driving licence crucial.
Main roles & responsibilities:
- Restocking shop floor
- Including weekends
- General Admin
- Wrapping and packing online orders
- Epos stock management
- Website management
- Customer service
- Order processing
- Opening and closing store
- Communicating with staff and staff at additional locations
- Cashing up
- Reporting to general manager
During your role you may be required to work at other shop locations and cover holidays. There is scope with this position to extend to a full-time role.
Similar role experience preferred.
Part-time hours: 26 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
