Our client, a well-established and leading business within their field is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to growth, our client is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained from start through to completion. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, however candidates with prior experience of a Customer Service / Administration position will also be considered. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships - Act as the first point of contact for any queries or questions, redirecting where necessary - Ensure timelines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible - Liaise with third parties such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents - Manage diary systems - Complete application forms and writing letters - Manage inbox - Deal with any documentation or processing required This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service / Administration role to join this thriving business on a full-time, permanent basis.
