Our client, a leading business in the technology sector is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their projects team on a permanent basis. Working closely with Project Managers and the Sales team, the ideal candidate will have some experience in supporting projects within any industry where you have been used to liaising with teams both in and out of the company, ensuring accuracy, organization and attention to detail is maintained at all times, whilst working collectively to the end result. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on projects, supporting Project Managers with key components to the project, and be someone who is looking to progress their career within this field. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee multiple project resourcing, budgeting and timescales to enable effective project delivery across various business teams - Maintain an effective audit trail of all projects, using Gantt Charts (if possible) and digital filing systems - Monitor customer satisfactions and project outcomes - Bridge the communication between the operations teams and the client - Support the sales and engineering teams with internal and external planning, taking the lead on all aspects of project coordination - Liaise closely with clients to manage expectations, overcome potential hurdles and ensure timescales and budgets are realistic Key Experience: - Previous experience in a similar project coordination role that has required a high level of organization, communication and attention to detail is key - Any relevant project management qualifications would be highly desirable, although not essential - Stakeholder management experience - Experience and ability to work with clients and internal teams, managing communication whilst ensuring targets, SLAs and overall expectations are met when possible - Ability to be clear in understanding a brief, whilst identifying potential hurdles and unrealistic timescales Due to the location of the office candidates will be required o hold a valid UK driving license along with having access to their own vehicle.
