An exciting opportunity has arisen at East Kent Colleges Group for an Academic Learning and Skills Coach
 
This role is a fantastic opportunity to support study skills within our 6th form at EKC Canterbury College. This role is full time and will support and motivate learners to achieve high grades within our 6th form pathway.

About You

You will be highly organised, creative and be able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills. Assessing and tracking student progress, to further plan intervention this will be a vital part of the role and ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed.

You will be passionate about making a difference to the future careers of our students, providing academic and pastoral support. Academic or vocational experience is essential.  Proficient in the use of digital technologies, skills and resources to support learning is desirable.
