Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business specialising in Commercial Print & Workwear. Print Junction has grown significantly over the past 15x years and is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities and Required Tasks

Acting as a first point of contact for customers, handling telephone orders and enquiries.

Assist customers through email, phone, screen-share and in person meetings.

Generating quotes, processing orders and advising on the best solutions for their needs.

Impose jobs for print production across digital print, wide format, promotional and workwear sections of the business.

Accurately log work on intuitive internal job system.

Raise invoices and take client payments.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of jobs according to customer needs and objectives.

Work closely with the production manager and suppliers to ensure communication is clear making sure that internal and external expectations are always met.

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

Continually increasing industry product knowledge and understanding of changing production processes.

 

Working hours 8:00am - 5pm / Monday – Friday

 

Qualifications and Abilities

Job specific training will be provided however a good knowledge of Adobe CC will be advantageous.

The role is varied and busy, so great organisational skills are a must!

Able to prioritise with excellent time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.

Have a friendly, customer focused attitude.

Excellent telephone manner.

Liaising with the relevant departments to deliver orders on time.

Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining accuracy.

Able to work as part of a team.

Able to use own initiative.

Good eye for detail.

Computer literate.
