Café Supervisor

Lightbites Community Café

Based in The Willow Centre TN23 4EY.

Hours 37.5 per week Monday, Friday 8am – 4pm all year round

Working in a Community Café providing hot and cold meals and snacks to the public and users of the Willow Centre. You will also be expected to provide up to 50 lunches and teas a day to the Kiddie Kapers Nursery. You will need to hold a L3 qualification covering HACCP (training provided, if necessary, prior to commencing work)

Key activities include:

Preparing and serving food and drinks and taking payment.

Keeping the café area clean and tidy

Monitoring stock and use-by-dates

Completing daily checks

Reconciling daily cash and card takings

Line managing 1 staff member.

Working with volunteers

Updating nursery menu’s

Carrying out all daily café checks
