Full or part time hours available, working at least 2 Saturdays per month

Role overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly successful and growing company as a Customer Service Advisor.  As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you be at the forefront of providing an excellent customer service to our customers.  You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders ensuring you follow company policy and procedures to provide our customers with an efficient and first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers with taking/loading orders and enquiries.
  • Liaise account administration to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Support external sales with customer enquiries, including products and pricing
  • Checking website orders and confirm for processing
  • Contact customers regarding preorders and stock availability
  • Check driver dashboards for stock availability and rearrange delivery if necessary for stock due in dates
  • Outbound promotion calls
  • Taking payments from customers via phone
  • Ensure our customers are receiving an efficient and excellent level of service
  • Supporting the business with sales and administration duties as required

Person Specification

  • At least a grade C/4 GCSE or higher qualification
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of IT systems including Office 365 software
  • Excellent listening skills
  • A conscientious and proactive approach to duties
  • Flexible working attitude
