DT Teacher responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across DT with a focus on Food and Construction
- Teach across KS3 and KS4, ensuring progress for all ability levels
- Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, marking and assessment
- Support the development of independent learning and practical skill-building
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in enrichment activities
DT Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification recognised in the UK
- Experience delivering DT, ideally with Food and/or Construction specialism
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
