As an ECT Supply Teacher, you will:

• Teach across different year groups and schools, gaining a wide variety of experience
• Deliver engaging lessons, typically from pre-planned lessons, and support pupils’ progress
• Develop behaviour management skills in diverse classroom settings
• Build relationships with staff and senior leadership teams
• Enhance your CV and future career prospects

ECT Supply Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers encouraged to apply
• Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in primary schools
• Adaptability and confidence to work across different schools with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Ability to travel to a variety of schools for work
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
