Are you passionate about connecting education with industry? EKC Group is seeking a proactive and organised Industry Liaison Officer (ILO) to play a key role in building strong employer partnerships and supporting students on their journey into the workplace.
As an ILO, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring industry placements across a range of vocational areas within the Creative field. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employers, helping to build meaningful relationships that benefit both students and businesses.
Key responsibilities include:

Securing and overseeing industry placements for students across varied vocational pathways

Acting as the primary contact for employer relations in allocated subject areas

Organising employer events, workplace visits, and other industry-linked experiences

Ensuring all employer documentation is completed accurately and on time, in line with college policies and national requirements

Working directly with students, both one-to-one and in small groups, to:

Collaborating with curriculum teams to ensure placements are relevant and effective

Hours per week: 7.5
Weeks per year: 38 (during term time)
Salary: £4,015 per year
Holiday pay: £581 per year
