Job Description

Join our team at Bugsy’s Bowling Margate!

We have a part time vacancy for Short Order Cook, position available for immediate start subject to
references.

Minimum 12 hours per week with potential for extra shifts covering holiday and sickness. Shifts will
vary and include some weekends.

Knowledge, and experience of a working kitchen is required however training will be given.
The successful applicant will have good customer service skills and be able to work well in a busy
environment.

Duties include:
Taking customer food/drink orders.
Good knowledge of food handling, food prep, cooking.
Cash/card handling, taking payments from customers and using EPOS tills & card machines, training
will be given.
Cleaning of kitchen using the open & close schedules in place.
Checking stock & replenishing where necessary.
