We are looking for a Lecturer of Business who is passionate about developing others and committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. You’ll teach, train and assess students across a range of learning environments, supporting them to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of business topics

  • Support, motivate and guide learners to achieve excellent outcomes

  • Lead on designated study programmes or courses, managing planning, delivery and evaluation

  • Help shape and update curriculum content to reflect industry needs and standards

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, creative, and committed to delivering engaging and innovative lessons. You’ll need to bring strong interpersonal skills to the role, with the ability to connect with and motivate learners across a range of study programmes.

You will play a key role in:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Levels 1 to 3

  • Assessing and tracking student progress to inform targeted interventions

  • Ensuring all students develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed

  • Managing the classroom effectively and creating a positive learning environment

While teaching experience or having delivered training in the workplace is desirable, it is not essential—full training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.

  • Has a positive outlook and is empathetic towards learners

  • Can inspire and motivate students to achieve and exceed their potential

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills

All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Employees can move up the salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete, subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification.
