Job Description

We are a growing construction company who are based in Kings Hill and are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team.

To assist in the delivery of the ongoing marketing strategy, planning and implementation. As a highly organised, creative thinker you will be an instrumental team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, fun environment.  As well as content creation and campaign support, this hands-on role includes organising our annual corporate hospitality and staff events.  Taking responsibility for booking venues, inviting our guests, and managing the itinerary for the day.

The Role:

 

  • Organise all corporate hospitality and staff events. 
  • Assist with the creation and development of sales and marketing campaign literature
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across all media. This includes digital, in print and on event activation.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, internal newsletters, website updates and articles.
  • Manage our social media channels, responsible for creating & posting content, reviewing results and responding to comments and messages.
  • Organise all branded merchandise and clothing, including managing the stock control/order process for all current and future requirements.
  • Ensure the brand guidelines are being met across all touchpoints both internally and externally.  An important guardian of the brand’s identity.
  • Keep all our photography / video content of construction projects up to date, saved and stored correctly.
  • Point of contact for all marketing requests both internally and externally from staff, suppliers and external agencies.
  • Maintain control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Establish and maintain relationships within both our local, national and trade press. Always looking for opportunities to collaborate

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Graduate (or equivalent) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a marketing department
  • A highly organised person with a strong attention to detail and passion for keeping spreadsheets up to date and accurate.
  • Confidence using Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint, word etc
  • Experience creating graphics, editing both images and video content
  • Experience running corporate social media accounts- creating & posting content, managing comments & messages
  • Great time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player who is also happy to work independently when needed.

 

Office hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4.00pm on a Friday. Benefits include 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Death in Service and Group Pension scheme. Salary is dependant on experience.
