Start Date: September 2024
Hours: 39 hours a week 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
Salary: £27,911.37 - £33,655.93 dependent on role and experience
Closing Date: Wednesday 19th June

Due to expansion of the pathway, we have a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to be a part of a specialist college for young people with SEND.

We are looking for a candidate with passion, to develop the Motor Vehicle Technology Provision, tailoring training packages for our vulnerable young people.

We can offer flexibility in this post for a full-time lecturer or a mixed role for tutor/ technician for the right candidate.

To be successful in the role we are looking for someone who can:
• Motivate and support learners with SEND, ASD and SEMH;
• Produce high quality programmes of study, schemes of work and assessment plans;
• Deliver learning, conduct demonstrations and supervise practical work to reinforce learning;
• Act as an academic and pastoral tutor to learners;
• Train and engage learners on a range of topics and tasks relevant to the awarding body.
