We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to work 4 hours per day during the mornings and early afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:
• General office administration tasks
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Managing office supplies and inventory
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties

Requirements:
• Strong organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in an office environment
