Job Description

Office Coordinator
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Our client, an international leading manufacturing company based in Snodland are currently looking to recruit an Office Coordinator on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a hard working and friendly team, and will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, providing efficient administration support to the HR department.

Your duties will include:
*Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager
*Assist with the recruitment process
*Manage the onboarding process
*Work with the HR team to organise and run Development and Leadership programmes
*Manage travel arrangements for all senior level staff
*Act as first point of contact for all communications
*Manage social media accounts
*Raising purchase orders via SAP
*Organising high profile visits to site
*Provide appropriate level of hospitality to all visitors
*Managing office supplies, such as stationery and refreshments
*Managing the mail to and from site
*Creating, editing, and updating files
*Health & Safety administration

Candidate profile:
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines
*Works well under pressure
*Can confidently deal with people and situations
*Can manage a number of tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
*Previous experience in HR/Office Administrator role
