Plasterer Operative

Salary from £15.75 to £17.42 per hour
Permanent – 40 hours per week

Essentially you will providing a Plastering trade service on repairs and planned maintenance within domestic properties. You will be responsible for organising and timetabling allocated work consisting of various plastering tasks to include plastering, rendering, mould wash & other treatments along with:
 Reviewing and maintaining van stock inclusive of materials and PPE, and other ad hoc items, to facilitate safe and responsible performance.
 Recording all details of time attendance and materials used.
 Mentoring and training any apprentice’s and labourers.
 Being responsible for holding keys for communal entrances and meter cupboards

A van and all PPE will be allocated, varying from masks, ear defenders, and knee pads

The working hours are 40 Hours a week 08:00-17:00 and once every four weeks the work pattern is adjusted to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 08:00-16:00, Wednesday 12:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-13:00.

You will need to have detailed knowledge of Health and safety legislation along with:
 Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license.
 Ability to competently operate MS office or another software on a PDA device.
