Job Title: Production Stock Mover (Night Shift)
Reports To: Production Shift Manager


Role Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Production Stock Mover to ensure that all products are in the right location at the right time to support our production team. You will be responsible for accurate stock movement, pallet labelling, and maintaining full traceability of all products, ensuring the Company’s stock control system is kept up to date at all times.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Move pallets of stock from storage to production lines as instructed by Production Admin and the stock control system (currently Prophet).

  • Accurately record and scan all pallet movements to and from locations.

  • Ensure all finished pallets are correctly labelled, wrapped, and moved promptly to the appropriate drop points.

  • Ensure unused stock is labelled, wrapped, stored correctly, and recorded in the stock control system.

  • Check and receive products in line with company procedures and instructions.

  • Meet individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Production Manager.

  • Operate all associated equipment safely, following training, departmental procedures, and manufacturer guidance.

  • Maintain full product traceability at all times using the stock control system.

  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.

  • Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally with colleagues, including via radio.

  • Complete all pre-MHE checks and report defects immediately.

  • Promote the use of company visual aids in operational areas.
