Qualified Nursery Practitioner position:
level 2, 3 or degree

You Must have Level 2 or 3 current Qualification in Early Years Education and 2 years current experience working with children
- Full or part time
- Must be available for shifts between 7.15am-6.45pm all year around
- Salary: between £22,000.00-£34,000.00 per annum

About us
- Our nursery is a large day nursery located in Darenth near Dartford. We are proud to be rated Outstanding by Ofsted 6 consecutive times and are keen to recruit high quality staff to add to our existing brilliant team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum (No written Planning!)
- Observe and monitor children's development and progress
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a level 2 recognized Childcare Qualification
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred however we will consider newly qualified practitioners
- Knowledge of child development 0-5 is essential
- A love of working outside in all weathers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
