Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator
Maidstone, Kent
£24,000 - £26,500pa DOE + Benefits
Monday to Friday 35hpw (full or part-time options available)

KHR has partnered with a reputable trust with offices in the Maidstone area who are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately or at short notice.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator

Monitoring the recruitment inbox
Drafting adverts
Collating applications and CVs for review
Updating systems to record vacancies and applications
Carrying out pre-employment checks, including reference
Processing DBS checks
Prepare offer letters
Monitor and chase the completion of all recruitment checks and joiner paperwork
Maintain both electronic and paper-based employee files
Enter and set up new starter data
Respond to recruitment enquiries
Liaise with external agencies as needed

Candidate Profile

Previous experience of working in a recruitment role
Ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good IT skills including the use of Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to manage self and time well
CIPD Level 3 or studying towards (desirable)
