In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in helping our learners thrive in practical settings, supporting both staff and students in delivering outstanding provision.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting learners during workshops and sessions, helping them stay focused and on task

Delivering practical demonstrations to enhance learning and skill development

Working collaboratively with tutors to create an engaging, high-quality learning environment

Upholding and promoting robust Health & Safety practices in all practical spaces

Managing the purchase and organisation of materials and equipment within budget

Liaising with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders to support student success
What we’re looking for:

Recent industry experience in drama, dance, music, or other performance-based fields

A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
-
Ideally, experience in education or training – either in formal teaching or workplace settings
-
A positive, student-focused attitude, with the ability to inspire young people to reach their full potential

A strong alignment with the values and ethos of EKC Group
