PRIVATE CLIENT Solicitor / Legal Executive required for Folkestone/ Hythe, Kent

Rootes & Alliott / T R S Miller of Folkestone & Hythe require a full or part-time Solicitor or Legal Executive for a busy Private Client department.

Our Private Client Department deal with all aspects of private client work including preparation of Wills, obtaining Grants of Probate and the dealing with the Administration of Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney

Your Duties will include:

  • Dealing with Wills, LPAs, Probate & Estate Administration.
