Join Managed Technology Corporation Limited as an SOP Administrator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in evaluating new photocopier equipment deals. You’ll assess financial viability, verify equipment configurations, and provide insightful analysis, all while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate new equipment sales contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with leasing partners to organize and secure finance contracts.
  • Assist the sales team with document preparation to ensure smooth deal processing.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed analysis spreadsheets tracking equipment sales performance.
  • Input orders into the Vantage Online system to facilitate installations and ensure timely equipment procurement.
  • Act as a primary contact for queries regarding new contract structures and configurations.
  • Liaise with the Installations team to address equipment installation questions.
  • Create new customer accounts for new sales received.
  • Manage core sales-related email inboxes to ensure timely responses and organization.
  • Provide regular updates to account managers on the status of submitted deals.
  • Assist the sales team by contacting customers to support deal completion and inquiries.

Other duties:

  • Support general office tasks and undertake ad-hoc duties as needed.

 

 

Key Measurements of Success

  • Percentage of sales contracts reviewed without errors or requiring rework.
  • Time taken to validate contracts against expected service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Sales team requests supported, with minimal delays or revisions.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of analysis spreadsheets delivered to the SOP Manager.
  • Insightful reporting leading to actionable improvements or trends identified.
  • Percentage of orders processed without errors affecting installations or delivery.
  • Positive feedback from the Installations team regarding communication.
  • Positive feedback from customers and sales team regarding interactions.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and develop an understanding of accounting processes.

A minimum of GCSE grade 5 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

  • Working hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch, unpaid.
