Job Description

Student Welfare Officer
We are seeking a Student Welfare Officer to join our Student Support Team. The successful
candidate will work closely with the Leadership Team to provide support monitoring overall
discipline in the school and carry out investigations into disruptive behaviour. They will be expected
to work as part of a team as well as independently and will be key in maintaining a calm and safe
environment for all staff and students throughout the school day. This position is term time plus 5
days, 37 hours per week, working Monday-Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm and Fridays 8.00am-3.30pm.
Salary will be within the HBHS Band 6, £21,693 to £23,262 pro rata making approximate annual
salary £18.400 to £19,800 dependent upon experience.
