We are currently working with a leading National FMCG business based near Maidstone.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join their established team.
The Supply & Demand Planner will be responsible for the following:
Owning and developing the supply and demand plans for their category in the medium (1-6
weeks), and long-term (1yr) horizons, reporting to Supply & Demand Planning
Creation of a supply plan
Creation of a demand plan working primarily with Commercial and Insights
Develop strong relationships to drive forecast accuracy and improved communications
Work with the Demand Allocation Team to ensure the availability of product is matched to
commercial plans and issues are raised and solved
Monitor and deliver functions' performance against set goals and objectives
Ensure the Material Resource Planners & Supply Chain have a robust and accurate plan to
cover the Daily delivery of the plan
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience working in a Supply or Demand Planning role.
Experience of using Power Query is essential.
Experience within the FMCG sector is preferable.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal relations skills.
Highly developed influencing and collaboration and facilitation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and confidence to work with numbers.
Knowledge of ERP and forecasting systems.
