Job Description

Surveyor’s Assistant Wanted

Opportunity to train for AssocRICS qualification.
Hard working, adaptable and friendly individual wanted to join our small team in the centre of Ashford.

Duties include carrying out property viewings and negotiations, site visits and measurement, liaising with landlords and tenants, researching the local commercial property market and assisting with general duties in our busy Chartered Surveyors General Practice*.

This is an office-based position with frequent site visits throughout the day, so a full driving licence is essential.
