Job Description

AXA Global Healthcare are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within their striving International Sales Team. We're looking for a Trainee Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for converting warm leads by making contact to online leads via phone email and Instant Chat. This would be a good next step for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced sales team, with the opportunity to potentially to develop your career within sales whether it be in New Business sales, Client Management, Account Management, Business Development, and other Sales roles. We'll work with you to develop your skills and learn across a number of departments.

At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. Please note working hours are Monday to Friday, with 'shifts' between 8am - 6pm only.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Connecting customers with the appropriate sales departments within AXA Global Healthcare, enabling our driven sales team to convert these opportunities to sales.
  • Offer global health insurance policies, gaining exposure to our growing global market and being supported every step of the way.
  • Responsible for lead generation through outbound calling.
  • Screen inbound calls, emails and instant chats by ensuring the customer is directed to the correct team.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to understand the customer’s needs, actively listening and questioning whilst building rapport. There is a great atmosphere within our small team that motivates and supports each other to hit targets.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a sales environment would be ideal, but if you are keen to learn and begin your career within Sales, we would love to see your application.
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance or general insurance would certainly be an advantage but it by no means essential.
