Wellbeing Support Workers (2 roles-LGBTQIA and Money Works)
Hours– LGBTQIA+ (5 hours} Money Works (10 hours) Salary range £20,092-£23,541 FTE Per Anum (Pro rata)
To work creatively in delivering a series of courses that support adults from the LGBTQIA+ community in ways that enhance their emotional wellbeing. We are expanding our Social & Activity Groups to deliver a person-centred, project-based peer support group for the LGBTQIA+ community; that takes account of their mental, physical and social needs, and that is delivered in settings chosen by them.
This role will be instrumental in shaping this new project and you will have the opportunity to work creatively in delivering a series of courses that support adults from the LGBTQIA+ community in ways that enhance their emotional wellbeing.
You will be committed to working within a culture that promotes and celebrates diversity, empowering all members from the LGBTQIA+ community to participate and be heard.
To support clients to manage their finances successfully. We are building upon the success of our ‘Money Works project, a person-centred, early intervention, holistic money management support programme that takes account of clients’ mental, physical and social needs, and that is delivered in settings chosen by them.
