Responsibilities of Year 3 Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging and progressive lessons aligned to the KS2 curriculum.
Provide a nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence.
Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider team.
Maintain accurate records to support pupil progress and development.
Requirements of Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (or similar, recognised in the UK) and recent experience in lower KS2.
Ability to inspire pupils through imaginative and differentiated teaching.
Passionate about providing a stimulating and inclusive learning experience.
Strong communication and reflective practice.
