Aletheia Academies Trust

The Aletheia Academies Trust consists of 10 Academies including 9 Primary schools and 1 All-Through School; with expansion on the horizon and our community growing, our student population of 4,600 pupils is projected to increase to over 8,000 by 2031 based on current and known growth plans. We see the growth of Aletheia as an opportunity for schools, leaders, and governors to step forward as co-shapers of a school led and self-improving system in our area.

AAT is committed to sustaining high quality schools as well as supporting schools in need of specific improvement. Our focus is to provide school improvement services that draw on the wealth of practice from across our trust, broaden the expertise available to schools through flexible working arrangements and increase our capacity to quickly respond to the needs of individual schools. Pedagogical excellence is at the heart of all we do with a sustained focus on collaborative and mastery learning.

AAT also has Teacher Training ‘Hub’ status. The Trust is therefore able to provide the best possible education to the pupil population in its constituency and in conjunction, aids our mission to recruit, train and retain staff; often creating the crucial start to many successful careers.
